Outside you will find a shared pool for refreshment on hot days and a private terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a meal together. Due to the optimal, central location of the apartment you can reach restaurants and supermarkets in 4 minutes on foot. Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is forbidden in the whole house. Unfortunately, the house owner does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years).
