The 180 m2 finca has been tastefully decorated in a rustic style, and consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as one bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the master bedroom, the kitchen and the lounge), a washing machine and satellite TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. One of the main attractions of the house is its private outdoor area, which consists of a lush garden with garden furniture and a parasol, a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes and 2 nice terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee. There is also a generous pool ideal to swim and cool off on warm summer days. You will find a wide selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the centre of Pollensa (7 minutes driving; 2.2km away), while the closest beach, Platja de L’Arenalet, can be reached after 8 minutes driving (5.6km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after a 45-minute drive (61.9km).
