This charming townhouse is located in a quiet alley in the old town of Pollença and is the perfect holiday home for those who want to stay centrally

and do not want to do without a pool, garden and barbecue. The Plaça Mayor with its Sunday market and restaurants is only 2 minutes away.

The ground floor offers a spacious entrance area, living room, dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen and access to the covered terrace as well

as a bathroom and a storage room. The upper floor has a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and access to the sun terrace as well as two further bedrooms

and a bathroom. The garden invites you to relax and at the covered BBQ you can enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings with a view of the pool.
