Villa Pont Roma (El Camp Redo) de Pollença is a wonderful country house located on a farm that enjoys fantastic exteriors, with a lawned garden, fruit trees and a fenced 8 x 4 meter pool with spectacular views of the mountains.



It is an ideal house for families, due to its tranquility and its exceptional location: it is only a few meters walk from the historic center of Pollença, which makes it very convenient to move to its restaurants and supermarkets, and a few kilometers from the best beaches of Mallorca such as Cala Sant Vicenç, Puerto de Pollença, Puerto de Alcudia or Platja de Muro, all of them located 15 minutes away by car, and at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana.



The villa is built on the ground floor and has been designed with the comfort of the guests in mind, with all the elements to enjoy a perfect vacation and with a very homely atmosphere.



This villa for 6 people has three rooms: one room with a double bed and two rooms with separate beds. All of them with air conditioning. In the house there are two bathrooms, one in the main house and another in the adjoining area next to the barbecue.



The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a dining room, and a living room with a sofa area, satellite TV and WIFI. From the living room there is access to the terrace area where we find an outdoor dining room filled with the light of the Mediterranean in front of the pool and with views of the mountain.



The 8 x 4 meter pool is fully fenced for greater safety for children and peace of mind for parents. Around the pool is the lawn area and one side the entire area of ​​fruit trees that offer us the pleasure of picking the fruits directly from the tree.



At the back we find a small annex building with a fantastic covered barbecue, a bathroom and a fantastic gazebo under the porch where you can enjoy fantastic evenings.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Roman Bridge. Laundry facilities are available. The villa includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.

Family Stay - Summer 2023 (review is done in bullet pts due to word limit)

Summary – good villa, great location. Walking distance from Pollensa town, well equipped and clean. We would stay here again. The only ‘criticisms’ should be relatively easily resolved by the agency. No welcome pack is a real shame – nothing to tell you how to access the Wi-Fi (scan the QR on the side of the router under the TV), take your own bin bags to the bins along the road towards town, the washing machine is in a utility room outside which needs to be unlocked with one of the keys. All of this info & more could have been provided. The emails we received from the booking agency instructed us to let them know when we arrived so they could arrange a welcome meeting – we sent a text message and an email, neither of which were responded to. I emailed the day before we arrived to check the code for the key safe (which the agency had sent to me at time of booking but I wanted to make sure it hadn’t changed). I got no response to this email either. The code worked fine and there was no problem so it didn’t matter but a short response would have been appreciated. The property is advertised (in photos) as having a bath – there is no bath, there is now a shower. This didn’t matter at all to us, but it might matter to some people. Main gate only seemed to unlock/lock from the outside & handle needed wiggling occasionally to make it work but this really was a minor issue. Overall rooms are clean & well set out. Towels were provided. Kitchen well equipped. aircon worked
