Holiday House with private pool and AC close to Pollenca, Mallorca
Casa Merila is a modern house on two floors, just 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, a few km from Pollença.
It consists of a bright and modern living room thanks to its windows that have views of the sea. It has plasma TV, satellite, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is modern and very comfortable, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and even air conditioning. It also has an exterior exit that leads directly to the pool area and the terraces.
It has the four bedrooms, as well as a guest toilet. Two of these bedrooms (one double and one double) are located on the ground floor of the house. The other two bedrooms are a double and a marriage. Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom (one of them with a bathtub, and the other three with a shower). It should be noted that all rooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning / heat pump.
Beautiful Roman-style pool, outdoor shower, outdoor terrace ideal for sunbathing and another covered by an original pergola, ideal for organizing dinners outdoors.
It has free Internet connection via Wi-Fi, and a ping-pong table.
The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
