The well-kept and nicely furnished house and garden ensure that guests feel will comfortable here. The finca’s covered terraces are equipped with a large dining table, as well as billiards and table tennis tables. The cosy house offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. This well-quipped house provides guests with everything required for a successful holiday. On request, the pool can also be heated.This holiday home is located in Pollença, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The beaches of Puerto Pollença and Puerto Alcudia can be reached by car in about ten minutes. The town of Pollença is about four kilometres away. At Can Roig, you will be in the peace and quiet of the countryside, while having beaches and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Weekly markets are held in Alcudia, Puerto Pollença and Pollença.
