Villa Jaume is a pretty simple house situated in the tranquil C’an Xoti area in the lovely countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa (approx. 3.5 km from each). It is reached by a small lane and is quite private with hedges bordering the garden and pool area. With a private swimming pool (6m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with ladder), and partly lawned garden bordered by high hedges and plum, pear, orange and lemon trees, it offers cosy accommodation in a peaceful, rural location, yet within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and beaches. There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace, as well a BBQ area, whilst inside the house is comfortably furnished for a couple or family with children. There are good views of the countryside and Tramuntana mountains from the roof terrace.



Single storey. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD, Kitchen with full gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge (washing machine in BBQ area), 2 twin bedrooms and full bathroom.

The shower booth leaked and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, which made the whole house damp and smelly.

3rd time there

Super as always! At one night the water supply stopped. I called at 9am and at 9:30 someone came and fixed it (some fuse had popped). HIGHLY appreciated!! Suggestion: This area comes with many mosquitoes: Please put some mosq.nets into the sleeping room windows. This would allow leaving them open in the warm nights.

Schöne Finca

Sehr netter Kontakt, Ferienhaus mit allem( außer Klima :-) ), was benötigt wird, schöne Strandbucht in der Nähe, lange Sandstrände auch nicht weit (Alcudia). Wir waren begeistert, als wir ankamen und das Haus sahen. Preis/ Leistung bei diesem Ferienhaus war wirklich perfekt und somit können wir die Finca/Haus weiter empfehlen. Für uns 5*+. Vielen Dank für alles

Ruhig mit sehr schönem Garten

Sehr zu empfehlen für jeden der Ruhe haben will. Schöne Orangen- und Zitronenbäume. Ein toller Grill und eine schöne (kleine) Küche. Lediglich die Nummer für der Schlüsselkasten war falsch angegeben worden und wir mussten telefonieren. Das klappte allerdings dann sofort. Aaaaaaaaaber, was passiert wenn man "out of office hours" ankommt.
