We are delighted to offer this traditional 3 bedroom townhouse which is nestled in the historical old quarter of Pollensa town, only a few metres from the Calvary steps and 200 metres from the main square. This beautiful home retains its traditional stone walls and offers comfort within the Mallorcan style décor. Entering the house there is the lounge area with comfortable seating with a lovely stone archway through to a dining area. The kitchen retains all the old charm of its original rustic style but with all modern features.

A staircase leads to the first floor and the bedrooms. The main bedroom is very large with wooden flooring and stone archway with seating area and there are two more double rooms with traditional décor. There are also two full bathrooms.

Outside there is a swimming pool and sun terrace with a shaded and furnished terrace. There is an adjoining and charming kitchenette with barbecue and another seating area in the converted stable area which retains charming original features.

It is right in the heart of Pollensa, just a two minutes to the main square (with its fantastic Sunday market and with a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops), and right next to the famous Calvary steps. We also recommend to take time to feel the atmosphere and the essence of the town by wandering the smaller back streets and discovering the clutch of small museums, churches and small restaurants and shops.

Please, note that the old streets are not the most welcoming to traffic. You can stop to unload close by but may need to park a few hundred metres away.
Since car hire is not essential, in case you prefer not to use the car, for days at the beach the local bus connects you to Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente (both just 7 Km. away). Taxis are also an option, and they are relatively plentiful. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
