From the parking, steps lead up to the beautiful terrace(partially covered). The double entrance doors lead into an attractive split-level hall. To the right there is a fantastic lounge featuring stone walls and attractive lighting at night. The panoramic patio doors, once again, offer fantastic views out towards the bay. The lounge is tastefully furnished with sofas and an antique coffee table made from an old farm tool, once used for threashing the corn. Off to the left, there is a delightful dining room, leading into the well appointed fully fitted kitchen. 7 steps up there is a landing area leading to the bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes which share a full shower room tastefully decorated in marble and stone (provided with shower enclosure and twin basin). The main bedroom (which has a extra large 1.8m wide double bed), has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.



Patio doors lead from the lounge to the stunning terrace which has steps down to the pool. The infinity-style salt water pool has paved terracing with sun chairs and parasols. Gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers are also available for the guests to enjoy. A covered terrace off the kitchen has a built-in BBQ, sink and utility area with washing machine. This terrace looks out over the countryside. There is a rectangular teak table and chairs for dining alfresco. Another terrace looks out towards the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia.



The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning available from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h.
