This is a charming house located just outside Pollensa, built and decorated with great style.



The first part of the annex has a double bedroom with beamed ceilings, elegant pastel painted walls, and a bathroom with an en-suite shower. Next to the room is the spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The second part of the annex consists of a double room, a bathroom with a shower and a spacious living room. There is a door that connects the two parts of the annex, and that can be opened and / or locked if desired, depending on the privacy one wishes.



The main house is a little higher than the annex. It consists of a spacious living room with fabulous views of the countryside. The kitchen is certainly modern and is also perfectly equipped. There are also two bedrooms (one double and one double) that share a splendid bathroom with a bathtub and shower.



Outside we find a charming terrace and a refreshing pool (7,5x4mts). Next to the pool, there is a sauna that will delight the most demanding guests, as well as a ping-pong table.



In short, this Villa enjoys great views and is an ideal place to rest and relax.



The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
