Finca Morell Vell is a large well distributed country house with easy access to both Pollensa old town and the beached of Puerto Pollensa.

The interiors are finished to a high standard with lots of detail and thought given to its guests.

Outside, the pool and terraces are well equipped for large groups with outdoor living in mind.



The house boasts five large bedrooms ideal for large families or friends travelling together.

The distribution of the property gives large groups both space and privacy.



To one side of the property there is a ground floor double bedroom with separate family bathroom, taking the staircase here there is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace with precious views of the surrounding countryside and the pool area below. The terrace is furnished and is one of many areas to sit and enjoy this spacious villa.



To the other side of the villa there are two more upstairs bedrooms accessed by another staircase. This staircase does not connect to the other bedrooms on the other side of the house. Ideal for large groups and families sharing a holiday together. Here there is a large double bedroom and a large twin bedroom with shared bathroom.



On the ground floor there is an extensive open plan living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate dining room with access to the outside terraces. The kitchen is well equipped with air conditioning, oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Here again, there is access to the covered terraces. There is also a WC cloakroom.

The whole property is air conditioned.



Finca Morell Vell has an impressive summer kitchen with full size sliding doors looking out to the pool and gardens. The summer kitchen also has air conditioning. This is a full open plan kitchen with long dining table to seat 12 guests. There is a TV and music system and to the back of the summer kitchen there is a shower room and a large utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.



The exteriors of the villa are very well maintained. The grounds are surrounded by high conifer trees and the entrance has electric gates. There is a charming Japanese garden with a pond full of water lilies to one side of the gardens which is safely fenced off The villa is ample parking close to the entrance too.

The infinity pool has a waterfall feature which offers jets of cold water ideal for massaging the back and neck muscles while you cool off. There is a sun terrace with sun loungers for all guests and the owner provides each guest with a pool towel to use during their stay.

There is a barbecue area with seating - perfect for al fresco dining. The front of the villa has covered terraces with comfortable seating and more dining furniture.



Finca Morell Vell is the full package! There are large air conditioned bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and spacious terraces - all a short drive to the beaches and to the old town of Pollensa.
