A charming Villa in Pollensa with Mallorcan traditional country-style decoration, set in its own established natural gardens and grounds, in the residential zone of La Font, walkable to old town Pollensa. The outskirts of the town approx 1.1km. A Large covered terrace greets you. Front door opens directly into a small hallway.On the left of the hallway, is a small twin bedroom.
The fully fitted kitchen with its breakfast table and chairs also leads directly off the hallway has high ceilings with sloping beams and incorporates a large walk in pantry, which houses the fridge and washing machine in this area. Two doors lead off the kitchen one exterior and one directly in the lounge/dining area.From the hallway on the right a large stone arch takes you directly into the open-plan lounge/dining with its feature stone seating with cushions and stylish sofas. French doors lead out of this area directly onto the covered terrace, with tables chairs and second dining table for alfresco eating, with direct access to the pool, lawns and BBQ area.An archway with doors leads off the lounge/dining to a corridor.
To the left is spacious double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe and private complete en suite bathroom nicely decorated in beige and white tiles with both bath with shower overhead, and separate step in shower.
