If you are looking for a Villa with authenticity, traditional style and views - Villa Huguet is a must for you! Located on an elevated position which affords commanding and extensive views of the beautiful surrounding countryside, set in the heart of the countryside off the road towards Lluch and Son March Valley appreciated for its stunning mountain scenery.A small gate opens into the villas large open court-yard.
On entering the villa you will find yourself in a spacious entrance/dining room, with stylish dining table and chairs.
At one end of this room, accessed through a large stone arch is a snug sitting area, ideal area to have a pre-dinner cocktail.
Leading directly off to your right a step down takes you into the split-level main lounge with its comfy sofa and chairs, and Mallorcan artifacts and beamed ceiling. Doors lead out directly to the court-yard, BBQ area.
To the left of the entrance/dining room leads into a double bedroom and freestanding wardrobe.A step up takes you into an open-plan area with table and chairs.
To the right three steps lead up to a complete bathroom with shower over the bath decorated in soft beige coloured tiles.
To your left leads into the villas country style Mallorcan kitchen with its mix of modern well fitted, along with its authentic features, and breakfast table with chairs.Stairs lead up to a large landing which houses a free standing wardrobe.
To the left is a spacious double bedroom with free standing wardrobe and en suite complete bathroom and shower over the bath.
Infront of the landing is a twin bedroom with free standing wardrobe with its bed covers of typical Mallorcan fabric in a complimentary shade of salmon pink.
To your right is a further twin bedroom. At the far end of the landing is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath that is shared by the two twin bedrooms on this level.The outside areas are perfect not only for their stunning views yet to enjoy the purposely built-in covered BBQ entertaining terrace with its large table and authentic stone seating surrounding the table which also commanding wonderful views, an excellent spot for alfresco dining.The lovely swimming pool is accessed by crossing a footpath (which although is an old right of way is generally only used by the odd mountain walker) stone steps lead down to reach the pool with its surrounding sun terraces, both affording views of the countryside.
There is a further covered terrace directly adjacent the pool and terraces, a welcoming area to avoid the heat of the mid-day sun.Villa Huguet is a charming villa, traditionally furnished throughout in keeping with the villas personal style and ambience which is full of Mallorcan character with views to match! The villa is semi-detached which is not unusual with this style of  classic traditional Mallorcan Villa, both houses have separate entrances and not directly overlooked. 
 (Note. due to the elevated position the villa, pool and grounds which are on different levels joined by various flights of steps, therefore, elderly, young children, or those with walking difficulties may find some aspects unsuitable.)
