Orell Planas is perfectly located in the heart of Cala San Vicente, just 0.7km to the glorious beach and the wide array of shops and restaurants that are on offer. This villa is not car essential which is great if you want to get out and about exploring on foot. 
This villa has a very modern feel and has been finished to a great standard. As you enter, you have the lounge to the left with inviting sofas and modern day entertainment such as a plasma screen TV and a music system. This room has double doors leading out onto the garden and private swimming pool. 
Step into the kitchen where you will find the ultimate in modern day living with a central island for cooking along with a dining table and all the up to date facilities that you need. 
This home boasts three stylish twin bedrooms, all with handy built in wardrobes, along with two separate spacious shower rooms. Two of the three twin rooms offer a shaded terrace leading out onto the rear of the villa; the perfect spot to enjoy your café con leche in the mornings.
There is plenty of outside space for the children to play, not to mention the private pool which is ideal for cooling off along with relaxing sun loungers. There is also a gas barbecue for those long warm evenings of dining under the stars - this really is a great place to call home for a week or two.
