We are absolutely delighted to have discovered this pretty stone finca nestled in the lush terrain of the Pollenca countryside. This charming traditional Mallorquin, stone clad abode sits at the end of a sweeping, gated driveway and despite its very convenient location of 5 minutes into the vibrant old town of Pollensa, the surroundings are appealingly rural with palm and olive trees creating that classic holiday feeling that’s irresistibly relaxing.
The honey-stone exterior of Villa Alzines with sun-wash pantile roof is attractively swathed in climbing vines, an ample wrap-around dining terrace with in-built barbeque offering a perfect spot for alfresco dining under the stars during warm summer evenings. Ideal for one/two couples or a smaller family, Villa Alzines will prove to be a welcoming, congenial and convenient holiday base from which to explore the diversity of this stunning island and shift the pace of day to day living down a notch, enveloped with enchanting views creating a glorious green backdrop of hills and rolling Mallorquin countryside.
The interior décor is modern, bright and pleasing to the eye whilst capturing the traditional feel of a country home. A well equipped kitchen overlooking the grounds leads to an open plan dining area with two steps down to a comfortable sitting area complete with ornate fireplace. Two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning offer a cool haven for restful nights in the form of a twin bedroom with separate shower and a double bedroom with an appealing en suite shower.
Extensive grounds embrace a refreshing pool encompassed by a combination of towering palms, neatly clipped box and olive trees.
