Villa Roig is a recently constructed house in the Mallorcan style, with traditional decor. A large wooden door gives us access to the beautiful entrance of the house. It also has a spacious dining room fully equipped with sofas, satellite TV and a large ornamental fireplace. The dining room has a large wooden table with chairs for 6 diners. From the house we access the beautiful terraces.

In addition, in the villa we find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge.



The property offers three bedrooms: a double bedroom with wardrobes and beautiful stone bedside tables and with a full en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms also with wardrobes. These two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, which are programmed for certain hours of the day (during the afternoon and all night).



Outside, in addition to the beautiful pool, we can find sun loungers and furniture to enjoy your stay in the garden. It also has a fantastic covered barbecue, an outdoor toilet with shower and a ping pong table.
