Salt water pool with Jacuzzi. Location countryside not far from Historic town of Pollensa and Sea/Bay of Pollensa. Quality fittings and furnishings. Modern/contemporary interior.
We are delighted to be offered this newly reformed Pollensa Villa. It is located not far from historic old town of Pollensa ideally located, with  easy access down to the Sea/Bay of Pollensa.Private drive leads you  to the villa. Over the front door is a covered pergola terrace. Front door opens into an open-plan entry, lounge/dining and Kitchen.
Leading off the entry and kitchen is a door on the right that leads out to a small covered terrace with direct access to pool.
The general decor of this Villa in Pollensa is modern contemporary with a "Mediterranean" theme of bright summer colours throughout.The lounge offers stylish ambience with its bright coloured sofas. The dining room features a glass dining table with stylish white chairs. From both the lounge/dining french doors open directly out to the covered pergola and pool.
The Kitchen is a "dream" with its feature of beautiful Mallorcan stone work tops and centre Island.
The lounge, dining zone and kitchen all have access doors out to a small covered terrace on the side of the villa, covered terrace which leads around to the pergola terrace with its outdoor terrace seating and  direct access to the pool.Stairs with their stylish design with handrail and transparent perspex sides, take you to the top landing and bedroom zone.Directly infront of the landing is a super bathroom with large walk in shower recess decorated in beige and white tiles. Note. Both the twin bedrooms share this shower room.To the right is the the master suite open-plan double bedroom which comprises, complete bathroom en suite with shower over the bath. The Bed has a stylish yellow iron headboard, this room has nice views over the pool and beyond to the countryside and especially onto Puig de Maria viewed in the distance.To the left is the gorgeous turquoise twin bedroom colours of the Mediterranean sea, and another delightful twin bedroom decorated in purple and lilac theme with matching drawers.Note. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and sloping beams.The super pool with Jacuzzi, working with a salt water chlorinator system, is located at the front of the house, set in its newly establishing gardens and surrounds, has lawns on three sides and paving terrace the other, along with nice views of the Puig de Maria beyond. The covered pergola terrace adjacent to the pool is ideal spot to enjoy al fresco eating, with the free-standing stone BBQ nearby situated on the left of the Villa.There is an exterior shower room,with WC and hand basin. Adjacent to this room is a separate laundry room.Villa Maria is a truly super Mallorca Villa, especially so its stylish interior decoration and salt water pool with jacuzzi which we have added to our summer portfolio.
