Cozy property located between the mountains of Pollensa and very close to the beach of Cala San Vicente.



The holiday house offers spectacular views of the Serra de Tramuntana and is surrounded by nature in a unique space of tranquility and privacy.



Villa Samoter is a traditional style Majorcan villa with lots of light and warmth in the spaces with sloping ceilings and wooden beams.

It consists of a living room with satellite TV and DVD player with direct access to the side terrace next to the pool.



Nice dining room next to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave. It also has a separate laundry room.



It consists of three large bedrooms, two doubles are located on the ground floor with a bathroom conveniently located between the two in the hallway. On the first floor is the master bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The house has air conditioning.



Outside we find the large porch with a barbecue perfect to relax and enjoy with family and friends.



Splendid garden bordering the 8m x 5m swimming pool with spectacular mountain views.



The property is located near Pollensa and very close to supermarkets and other services. The closest beaches are the beautiful Puerto de Pollensa and Cala de San Vicente. Pollensa is a Mallorcan town with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the town has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The Pollensa golf course is located a few kilometers from the house.
