It consists of a living room with satellite TV and DVD player with direct access to the side terrace next to the pool.

It consists of three large bedrooms, two doubles are located on the ground floor with a bathroom conveniently located between the two in the hallway. On the first floor is the master bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The house has air conditioning.



Outside we find the large porch with a barbecue perfect to relax and enjoy with family and friends.

In addition, the town has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The Pollensa golf course is located a few kilometers from the house.
