Stunning 5-bedroom Villa with Pool, Walking Distance Pollenca

Villa Pascali is perfectly located in beautiful, quiet countryside but within walking distance of the medieval town of Pollenca with its vibrant square and restaurants, bars, shops and market. Its only a short drive from North Mallorca’s beautiful beaches.



The villa is very well equipped, with air conditioning in all bedrooms, and a large garden with wonderful views to the mountains. The main house has a great kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher. A downstairs bathroom with full bath is tucked behind the stairs.



The spacious living/dining area has satellite TV and DVD player. French doors open onto a covered veranda for outside dining, and lead onto the lawned garden and swimming pool. There is an external laundry room, a covered car port, and brick BBQ.



Upstairs there is a king size en-suite bedroom, and two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room, all giving stunning views.



A separate casita (little house) contains two further bedrooms and shower room, ideal for sharers!



A perfect location: The Villa Pascali has the best of both worlds, being secluded and set in beautiful countryside, yet only a 15-20 minute walk from the medieval town of Pollenca with its award-winning restaurants, and fascinating shops, bars and popular Sunday Market.



Have a barbecue whilst watching the sun go down, then wander through the lanes into Pollenca for a brandy or an icecream in the lively market square.



The villa is a traditional 'back to back' house, so although not visible, it has another property behind it (a farmhouse accessed by a completely different road). It is very quiet and relaxing, and the only sounds you will generally hear, are the goat bells and the rustle of the trees.



Away from the tourist meccas of the South of Mallorca, the Pollenca area is a well-kept secret and very popular with families, couples, bird watchers and cyclists.



Cala Sant Vincenc Beach: The nearest beach, Cala Sant Vincenc consists of a number of stunning small bays, often photographed for their beautiful turquoise waters. There is generally no surf, and the sand is shingly and with rocks close to the shore, making an ideal place for snorkelling, crabbing, rock pooling and more. Restaurants, bars and convenience stores are close by.



The Formentor Peninsula is a further 15 minutes drive further, and boasts stunning scenery. The beach is long and thin, with crystal clear water, and backed by pine forests. There are fewer conveniences here, so bring a picnic (or a lot of money if you want to dine in the hotel!).



Puerto Pollenca beach (port de Pollensa): Puerto Pollenca is only a 10 minute drive from the villa, and is popular, safe and friendly.



The bay is huge, so you can choose a part to suit your mood, a quiet restful area towards Gonmar where the beach is wide and feels empty, or the bustling Northern end where restaurants and shops line the promenade.



By day, the beaches are bustling with sunbathers and children enjoying the calm warm water and soft sand. By evening, they are lined with locals and tourists walking the promenade and stopping to eat or drink at the many restaurants, bars and small hotels along the sea front. A few steps back from the sea you will find plenty of shops and the town square with its eateries and bars.

Autonomous arrival of guests with a code box. The owners will provide the code to guests prior to arrival. Any type of event and parties are forbidden. Loud music or noise are not allowed after 12 pm (according to the municipal ordinance).

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
