Villa Les Tancotes is set in an idyllic location affording beautiful views across the distant mountains. This is near from the secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa. From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença (specially known for its beautiful coastline, nice beaches and its great diversity of shops and restaurants), as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollença in which can also find a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.





Classically decorated, this stone clad house offers a really comfortable family holiday home. The main entrance leads to a lovely entrance hall. To the left there is a spacious well equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and an electric oven. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large and comfortable lounge dining area with plenty of seating area, flat screen and satellite TV. To the right of the hall there is the sleeping area, this consists of one double bedroom and two twins all sharing two bathrooms, one full and one with shower unit. Must say that all the bedrooms are large and all have the facility of a fitted wardrobe plus air-conditioning.



The crystal clear water swimming pool is surrounded by comfortably furnished stone paved sun terraces and a lawn area. On a side of the pool there is a built in BBQ, ideal for al fresco evening meals. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
