Traditional Mallorquin style country house, with 3 bedrooms and private pool to rent just 2 km from Pollensa, Mallorca.
The house is situated along the main road between Pollensa Old Town and Puerto de Pollensa, just a few minutes drive to the Puerta Pollensa Beach and only 4.5km. from the well-known Cala Sant Vicenç.
It is a rustic style house and consists of two floors, but only the ground floor is available to rent. A perfect family retreat, but close to many services.
From the entrance you access the living / dining room with traditional style, sofas, TV and stereo. The house has one double bedroom and two twin rooms . There is also a bathroom with bath/ shower. The kitchen is accessed crossing the terrace and is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances.
Outside there are two areas to enjoy eating “al fresco”.
To complete the house, crossing one of the terraces we find a large traditional rustic room, with built in barbecue/ wood oven and equipped with work surfaces extra gas rings, and sink. Dining table and fireplace with sofa and armchairs.
Finally, we find an ample sized swimming pool with sun loungers, as well as a complete exterior bathroom and a laundry area.

The house has Air conditioning hot / cold in the bedrooms with fixed and limited hours and wifi

Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water and gas).
Not included is the ecotax payable before arrival.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
