Villa Ana has been completely refurbished and is located in the Siller area, which is approximately 15 minutes’ walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa, or just 5 minutes’ drive.
There is plenty of parking in the quiet street in front of the villa. There is a gated entrance and a large lawned area leading up to the entrance of the house.
As you enter the villa there is a new modern kitchen on the right hand side, which has direct access to the outside covered terrace. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
To the left is the open plan lounge diner. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas and large flat screen TV.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with single beds, that share a family bathroom with walk in shower.
Upstairs the master bedroom has its own walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is a second double bedroom on this level.
From the lounge and kitchen there are doors that lead out on to the terrace, here you will find the built in BBQ, the table tennis table, and sunbeds for relaxing around the pool.

In line with local energy saving iniciatives all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
