With a maximum capacity of eight people, Villa Fanals is a traditional Mallorcan finca built from stone, boasting authentic character, spacious interiors and exteriors, and surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens filled with flowers, shrubs, palms, and lawns. The property features a private pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms with timed restrictions (2 pm to 4 pm and 8 pm to 9 am), complimentary WiFi, and private parking, all set in a prime location close to the charming town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç.

The villa comprises four bedrooms: two furnished with double beds, and the other two each containing two single beds, providing a very comfortable layout for both families and groups of friends. There are three full bathrooms in the house: two with showers over baths, and the third, located on the ground floor, has a separate shower.

Spread over two floors, the main entrance leads to a spacious dining room connected to one of the bathrooms. From the dining room, you access a traditional Mallorcan-style kitchen, adorned with exposed beam ceilings, fully equipped and with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Also from the dining room, a step leads up to the large living room, divided into two levels: a cosy seating area with a television and a second area designed as a reading nook. Large double doors connect this space to the outside, providing direct access to the main terrace, garden, and pool.

On the upper floor, to the left of the landing, there is a double bedroom with mountain views, a bedroom with two single beds, and a family bathroom. To the right, there is another bedroom with two single beds, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and pool views.

The exterior of the villa offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Mallorcan climate. The private pool (9.5 m x 5.3 m, with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 2.20 m) is surrounded by lawn and sunbathing areas, as well as shaded spots for relaxing. To the left of the main entrance, there is a covered barbecue area with a table and chairs. Additionally, a charming open courtyard next to the kitchen provides another ideal space for alfresco dining or quiet moments.
