This charming 2 bedroom villa has a traditional Spanish character throughout, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. The sweeping sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, home to stylish seafront bistros and a chic marina, is less than a 10 minute drive away. In the opposite direction, Pollensa Old Town is around 15 minutes by car, where you’ll find cobbled streets lined with tapas restaurants, bars and boutique shops. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge are included.

Villa Can Idu enjoys a peaceful setting amid the Pollensa countryside in the Cap Can De Bou area. When you fancy a change of scene, Puerto Pollensa is just a short drive away, offering a chic marina, seafront bistros and stylish bars, as well as a magnificent crescent-shaped bay with sandy beaches and a choice of water sports. Within around 10 minutes by car, you can also reach the sandy shores of Tamarells, Llenaire and Pinaret beaches, ideal for a day by the sea. In the opposite direction, Pollensa Old Town is also around a 10 minute drive, where cobbled streets are lined with traditional tapas bars, local wines and boutique shops. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. The AC unit in the lounge facilitates the double bedroom on the open plan mezzanine floor.
