Villa Oronella is a hillside holiday home with sea views that holds a fantastic, elevated position in Gotmar, walking distance from the sandy beach. It offers bright interiors, excellent facilities, and spacious terraces in Puerto Pollensa, one of north Mallorca's most sought-after holiday destinations



The villa has two storeys and on the main upper level you will find an entrance hall, a guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for your stay including integrated appliances and an island, with breakfast bar. The living-dining room is large and open plan with a dining table and chairs, comfortable couches, a fireplace that you can use during the cooler months, and a TV for catching up on the news or relaxing with a movie.



This living area boasts large sliding doors which lead directly to a generously sized covered terrace with authentic wood beams. Also accessible from the kitchen, this area is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals, sipping evening drinks, or simply admiring the picturesque views of Pollensa Bay.



The upper level is also home to the master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.



Descending to the lower level, you will find another lounge-diner, and a fitted kitchen with a utility room that caters to the pool area. This floor is also home to three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). Additionally, there is a convenient guest toilet that is easily accessible from the pool and terraces.



Outside you will find large sunny and covered terraces on each level, a well-maintained garden featuring indigenous flora, and a infinity pool complete with a sunbathing section furnished with loungers and parasols



This wonderful villa includes reverse air-conditioning, a barbecue area, a roof terrace, private parking, and a great location, walking distance from the beautiful sandy beaches and waterfront restaurants.
