In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

Nice but could be better

The location is great and really private however the Villa is quite dated and had a very strange smell. The pool needs to be better signposted, at 2M deep it is very dangerous for children. Ours can swim but it still meant having to be near them outside at all times. The outside area is quite heavily affected by Mosquitos. In my belief because the pond is badly maintained and gives a great breeding ground for them. The lack of cleaning materials makes maintenance harder than it should be. With all of these things said it is still a good value Villa but it could be amazing with the right care.

Nicht nocheinmal... schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Die Lage ist toll. Es ist ruhig und Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Das ein- und auschecken ist dank Schlüsselbox auch unkompliziert. Allerdings gibt es leider viele negative Punkte: - die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt und stank widerlich nach dem Schweiß des Vorgängers. (Wir mussten erstmal alles waschen!) - Schlafen geht nur mit offenem Fenster und Ventilator, da es keine Klimanalage gibt. Eigentlich machbar, allerdings wird man total verstochen, weil die Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern entfernt wurden (man sieht noch Reste) und es einen Teich im Garten gibt! - der eingezäunte Teich im Garten (sieht man auf den Bildern nicht, weil er von Palmen verdeckt ist) ist eine Schande für den eigentlich schönen Garten. Es ist mehr ein Tümpel mit Fröschen, die gerne auch zum Pool rüber hüpfen. Wir mussten dreimal einen Frosch aus dem Pool keschen. - Vieles schlecht gereinigt oder funktioniert nicht: Gläser, Geschirr, der Pool (Schmierschicht - es reicht nicht, wenn man nur chlort!), kaputte Steckdosen sind einfach abgeklebt... Dann wird man vor Ort darauf hingewiesen, dass eine Gebühr von 250 Euro fällig wird, wenn man das Haus sehr dreckig hintgerlässt. Bei dem widerlichen Zustand, würden uns mindestens 250 Euro zustehen. Leider ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sehr schade!

+ sehr schöner Außenbereich (Garten mit Terrasse, Pool und Teich) + ruhige Lage + Supermärkte in der Nähe - Klimaanlage (nur in einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden) und WLAN haben nicht funktioniert - Anruf wurde nicht beantwortet - Ausrüstung in der Küche könnte besser sein
