This beautiful stone-clad country house is located at the end of a lane near the residential area of La Font, in the municipality of Pollensa. The pool is located at the rear of the house and is surrounded by furnished terraces and a pretty lawned garden.

One of the highlights of this property is its spacious covered barbecue area, complete with an attached kitchen, making it the ideal spot for al fresco dining while enjoying the views of the pool, garden, and distant mountains.

The interior features wooden furniture arranged in a comfortable and welcoming manner. Upon entering, you'll find the dining room, which opens onto a living room equipped with a satellite TV and DVD player, and which in turn opens onto the pool area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, gas and electric oven, and refrigerator/freezer. There's also a laundry room that houses the washing machine. On this same floor are the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a second bathroom. On the upper floor, there's a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a third bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning/heating, which, in line with local energy-saving initiatives, is scheduled for use from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
