The villa has a large living room with a seating area, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, three bedrooms located on the ground floor and the fourth on the upper floor, there are two cots and two high chairs that can be set up on request.

There is Wi-Fi connection available throughout the house and also on the terraces, 4K OLED television with access to Amazon Prime video, British television, German, Russian and in multiple languages, DVD player with a variety of family and classic movies.

The kitchen is large and well equipped with beautiful views of the garden, the Puig de Maria, Monte Calvario and also the Serra de Tramuntana.
Outdoors there are many places to relax: on the covered terrace, in the shade of the magnolia tree by the pool, in the barbecue area or under the large carob tree.
