The house has been renovated and completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and respecting the new environmental energy regulations.
The interior is spacious and bright, with modern furnishings. All rooms are at ground level (please note that there is a locked and non-accessible storage room upstairs). In the living-dining room there is a comfortable seating area with Smart TV with Netflix Air Conditioning Hot and Cold for pleasant evenings in the autumn or spring holidays or the hottest days of summer. The modern kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher, an oven. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
There are three nice bedrooms, two with single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom with a shower.
