A short car ride away you’ll also find the old town of Pollensa with its many fine restaurants and a golf course, plus the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa with its famous pine walk and many family restaurants. Surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains, Villa Marioma is great for cyclists, walkers and hikers all season, with its winding cycle trails and panoramic walking spots.
The villa itself is bright, airy, modern and colourful which benefits from many features including air-conditioning, all round electrically operated security shutters, an intercom system and dimmer switches in the main living rooms. Split over three levels you’ll find two family living rooms and fully equipped kitchen, five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms.
