Conveniently located, Villa Monsy 1 is just a short 15-minute walk into the very heart of the bustling Puerto Pollensa. Well worth a visit, this popular resort is filled with backstreet cafes, souvenir shops and local delis. Ideal for a day at the beach, Puerto Pollensa offers a magnificent 1.5km golden sand beach featuring beach bars and water sports galore. Alternatively, Pollensa Old Town is less than a 10-minute drive away, steeped in history and culture, with cobbled streets and ancient architecture.
This semi-detached property sits right next door to its sister property, Monsy 2. Identical inside and out, these two properties can be booked together and are ideal for larger groups spread across two properties. The patio terrace is surrounded by a honey stone wall, whilst a refreshing pool takes centre stage, lined with reclining sunloungers and a cosy covered terrace. French chic patio doors lead you from the terrace to the indoors, where you'll be greeted by a bright living and dining room, bursting with natural colours from creams and greys to browns and whites. A practical kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and has direct access to the outdoor brick-built BBQ. Making alfresco cooking a breeze!
Upstairs, we find the three bedrooms, a single, a twin and a double room with a maximum occupancy of five people. All bedrooms come with timed air conditioning and have separate access to a family bathroom and ground floor shower room. Please note this property contains Internal horizontal railings (ladder effect) with wide gaps. Please ensure children do not climb and remain supervised at all times.
