This charming 2 bedroom villa is ideal for couples or small families wanting a relaxing getaway. Villa Perez has many authentic Spanish features, as well as views of the Tramuntana Mountains in the near distance from the dining terrace and swimming pool. Surrounded by the open Spanish countryside, the facilities of Pollensa Old Town, and beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente, are all within a very short drive. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Located in the countryside area of La Font, close to Pollensa (Pollenca) Old Town, Villa Perez is a great choice for your villa holiday. The old town is full of authentic Spanish restaurants and traditional architecture. By contrast, the resort of Puerto Pollensa (Puerto Pollenca) has a choice of much more fashionable restaurants along the promenade and famous Pine Walk, overlooking the sea. The marinas of both Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are also well worth seeing, and a choice of superb beaches can be found within a short drive.
