This traditional countryside villa with stunning views of the mountains sits just on the outskirts of Pollensa Old Town. Nuzzled away from the main road yet only a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town it is an ideal location to relax and unwind, with the convenience of the shops and restaurants, and cobbled backstreets nearby. The villa is comfortably furnished with a mixture of traditional furnishings and style. A fully equipped kitchen provides the ideal space for cooking up a storm of tapa treats, whilst air conditioned bedrooms provide respite from the midday sun. Outside you will find comfortable seating and alfresco dining facilities under covered terraces that overlook the large swimming pool and surrounding well-kept gardens.
For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during part of the evening and throughout the night.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 5 steps. The driveway is on a steep slope. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The path to the poolside is 110cm wide. As per the images, there are a large number of steps leading down to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder and step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 75cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 75cm.
