Villa Toni Mosca, Beautiful villa near Pollensa

This pretty villa is located in the countryside of Pollensa, it is within walking distance of the picturesque old town of Pollensa where you can find a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The villa is spacious and nicely furnished, the exterior offers a large garden and sun terrace as well the roman style swimming pool. There is a large covered terrace and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dinning as it has a large wooden table with chairs. The interior is spacious and traditional, upon entering there is an entrance hall which takes us to the lounge dinning area which has access to the outdoor terrace. There is a separate kitchen totally equipped with all necessary in a holiday villa. Next ton the kitchen there is a utility room and a wc. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A stairs leads up to the upper floor where we can locate the rest of the bedrooms, they comprise of one twin bedroom also en suite, another twin and a further separate bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning which are set on a timer, from 08:00 to 10:00 hrs and from 22:00 to 06:00 hrs, heating is included for early and late season.

Dining al-fresco is one of the great pleasures of a holiday villa at Toni Mosca, it has a large covered terrace with BBQ and ample sun terraces to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and al fresco dinners, The sparkling swimming pool has Roman steps and the relaxing sun terraces are a bonus as they are comfortably furnished.
