Can Boi is a perfect base for a holiday in the north of Mallorca. Ideally situated at the foot of the tramuntana mountain range outside of Pollensa, the villa has easy access to many popular tourist locations.

The property sleeps 5 guests with one double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with air conditioning and a single room with fan. There is also a shared full bathroom and a further shower room.

The living area is comfortable with soft furnishings, TV, DVD and Wifi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all of the modern conveniences of a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is also a wood burner here, useful for early and late season bookings.

Peaceful but close to town.

Great choice of outdoor seating areas. Good and quiet path for 2km walk into Pollença. Very peaceful location. The wi-fi was a bit disappointing. No signal in the outside areas and a bit slow and patchy indoors.

Nice villa in a wonderful environment

We enjoyed the holiday very much, what a nice villa in a wonderful environment. We had a car and made tours to nearby bays and hiking trails in Formentor and Serra de Tramuntana. Thanks also for that welcome package and fresh fruit. Neighbor's dogs were irritating.

Lovely gardens and a nice house

House was very clean. The kitchen is modern and functional. Living space is not very connected to garden, but its an older style house. The garden is full of fruit trees which we enjoyed a lot (apart from some scary dogs next door, though they are behind a fence). The house is situated off a main road, so it means one cannot really walk anywhere, but this is not unusual in this area. It is very near Poillenca and Cala San Vicenc for great beaches as well as Alcudia etc. Lidl supermarket nearby is very convenient.

Ansprechende Finca für Individualisten und Naturliebhaber

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich, großzügig aufgeteilt, sehr sauber, die Bäder sind neu. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir haben sehr gern auf der gegen Sonne geschützten Veranda gesessen mit Blick auf die Serra Trampntana bzw. in den Garten. Die Finca ist landestypisch bepflanzt mit vielen Olivenbäumen und den verschiedensten Obstbäumen und mediterranen Pflanzen. Die Besitzerin, die gelegentlich vorbeikommt, hat uns gern erklärt, was dort alles wächst. In diesem sehr ruhigen Garten könnten wir eine Vielzahl von Singvögeln identifizieren, auch eine Nachtigall. Die Lage: sehr ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig, wenn man in die Stadt Pollensa mit ihrem malerischen alten Stadtkern möchte oder wandern oder in den verschiedenen Buchten baden möchte. 3 km bis zu einer idyllischen kleinen Ziegenkäsefarm Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen. Eine Außendusche im Garten?

Fantástica casa cerca de mar y montaña

Una semana fantástica, casa ubicada cerca de Pollensa pero en zona tranquila y rural, te sientes como en casa. Bien equipada, muy cómoda y todo super limpio. La barbacoa y los exteriores de la casa son fabulosos, mucha zona de sombra y un solarium con excelentes vistas. Volveríamos sin duda. El contacto con la agencia muy bueno. La única pega que no tenga el aparcamiento dentro de la finca pero ya lo dice el anuncio

Très belle maison avec très beau jardin

Cette location est spacieuse, avec un immense et beau jardin. Elle est bien située, au calme, à quelques minutes des supermarchés. Nous avons apprécié les draps changés au bout d'une semaine et les serviettes changées tous les trois-quatre jours, très bon accueil de la personne s'occupant de la location. Il ne manquait rien. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tolles, sauberes Haus mit top Ausstattung (WLAN, Satelliten TV, Waschmaschine), super Lage in der Nähe der Berge, diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten um das Haus herum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Minuten entfernt in Pollenca. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen!
