Beach Apartment Palma is a rare find. Sleeping eight, and right on the beautiful seafront of Puerto Pollenca you couldn’t want anything else. Perfectly located on the well known beachfront promenade “Passeig Saralegui” of Puerto Pollenca with amazing, panoramic sea views. This central four bedroom apartment sleeps up to eight guests in cosy air-conditioned rooms. This second floor apartment offers breath taking views, especially from the stunning sea-facing terrace, and a wide array of restaurants, bars, and shops. As well as, the award winning beaches that are within easy walking distance.

The Space:
Beach Apartment Palma is very spacious and modernly furnished. The lounge/dining area has direct access to the panoramic terrace and large windows allowing to enjoy the views from all angles. The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers breathtaking views to the sea via the large windows. All four of the bedroom are conditioned and tastefully decorated. In total there are two double rooms and two twin rooms, all sharing two large family bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.

Please note, there is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).

Important: Air Conditioning - from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 only. There is the Mallorca Ecotax payable before travel (around 2.5 euros per day.)
