Dear Mrs. and Mr. Ramage, We are really sorry that the you did not like the Suite, we will try to improve it. Next time, we will be pleased to offer you a Suite Terrace, which is out standar Suite, and not the Suite with balcony, which you booked and, indeed, has a very small balcony which, on other hand, is described in the description of the Hotel. We thank you for your feedback.

As a guest of La Moraleja The Quiet Hotel- Adults Only, you'll find a seasonal outdoor pool, Access to hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness centre. Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a beach bar, a poolside bar and a bar/lounge.
