The chlorine pool, 7.5 metres long by 4.5 metres wide, and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 metres, is the perfect place to cool off on sunny days, while the garden and terrace offer cosy corners to relax. Enjoy unforgettable evenings outdoors under the porch, where the barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious meals in company.
Moving inside the house, distributed on a single floor, it combines comfort and style in a cosy space. A spacious living room with Smart TV is integrated with the dining room, creating a perfect environment to share moments with family or friends. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. The house has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes: one with a double bed and two with twin beds. It also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for greater comfort. If you are travelling with a baby, you will be offered a cot and high chair. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine and iron available in the house.
