Fantastic villa with private swimming pool for 6 persons placed in the countryside, in the middle of "Vall de Colonya". This villa is perfect for families with children as there you can enjoy a great grass garden with more than 1.000 sqm, a wide swimming pool, a barbecue and fruit trees. The villa has 3 double rooms (1 in suite) and 3 bathrooms (1 in suite, another between the other two bedrooms and another one in the barbecue). The villa has air conditioning in every room.

The villa has also a wide dining room, a charming living room with chimney plus a second living room in loft style. The kitchen is modern and long, with all the home appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, coffee machine, kettle, etc.

In the garden you can enjoy the big wide covered terrace with dining table and chill zone as well as the ping pong table, the long swimming pool or the hundreds of grass sqm. In the other side of the garden you will find a barbecue to make this day perfect by grilling some meal with the family.

We have visited this area and puerto pollenca many times over the years and this has been the best villa by far!The villa is beautiful, quiet and very relaxing. It is well equipped just like a family home and we couldn’t have been happier.The beds are comfortable (not hard as can be the case), the aircon is lovely and sitting room area great for relaxing and watching movies.It is situated just a very short drive to the old town and 10mins from puerto pollenca.The welcoming and communication was excellent, friendly and helpful.We would definitely rent this villa again.

A nice property, but a few things to consider before booking. The road to the property is very tight width wise in places. I’d rented a compact VW but I’d imagine a large SUV would struggle. As it was, we were pulling wing mirrors in as we drove down! The property is spacious but quite dark inside. Partly just the makeup of the house, but sitting in the living area with all lights on at night, reading a book was a bit of a struggle. Also not sure if the aircon and/or the furniture, but something was making loud cracking noises occasionally in the night which was a bit unnerving at first. The hosts were great with communication and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. However, the property would definitely benefit from a book/manual to explain all the basics. How to use the dishwasher/washing machine etc. where to take recycling and so on. The Smart TV we really struggled with. Extremely slow to try to use streaming services (although only Amazon prime seemed to work for us). The pool was lovely. A few too many bugs and leaves landing in it meant regular trawling with the net. But it’s a good size and we used it all week. Great to have the ping pong table and badminton rackets etc. Finally, the cat! Not sure if wild or belonging to a neighbouring property, but without fail the cat would sit outside the patio door maiowing to be fed. It didn’t bother us too much. Although my partner is allergic, so at times, we had to put some milk down around the corner.

Fabulous Villa

Really lovely villa, very well appointed. Set down a long track away from it all (very narrow road). Wonderful pool. Justyna was an excellent host, always on hand to help with anything. Great holiday and we would love to return.

Wonderful villa and perfect setting

Can Josepet was the perfect villa for our week long family holiday. It was spotlessly clean, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The setting was ideal - very peaceful and just a couple of minutes drive from Pollensa and 10 minutes from Port de Pollensa. The hosts, Justyna and Pere, were perfect. Communication was easy and regular, they answered all my queries before and during the holiday and gave us some wonderful recommendations of restaurants and places to go and things to do. We couldn't have asked for more.

The pool was an absolute hit with the kids, the villa was beautiful and the grounds really well kept. The area is slightly rural which is peaceful but a car is an absolute must. As always mosquitos are rife in Majorca, but its a small price to pay for such a lovely stay

Great property

Great comms, lovely property. Very quiet and peaceful location. Just be sure to check that the pool is cleaned properly before you arrive and during your stay. This didn't happen whilst we were there which I've shared with the owners.

Fabulous villa and gardens

We so enjoyed our stay at Can Josepet - we wanted somewhere quiet and away from the busy towns but with a large outside area with large pool to all relax and enjoy some much needed sunshine. The garden was beautiful, established and very well cared for and the family were on hand at all times with any questions we had. Thank you Pete and Justyna.

Lovely villa with everything you need

The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything you need to cook if you wanted too. Not far to Pollenca and the many beaches but definitely need to hire a car if you want to explore or get to the shops. We didn’t need to communicate with the owners other than for check in but they were available if we needed them. Perfect size house, garden and beautiful pool for the week. Thank you

Peaceful Retreat:)

We were a group of 5 who had just been camping at Glastonbury music festival for 4 days and were in dire need of an escape for some rest and recuperation. Thankfully Can Josepet villa gave us everything we needed to soothe our souls. Pere was lovely and welcoming and gave us a helpful tour of the villa on our arrival, providing a lovely selection of local snacks and drinks. The villa was in the perfect location in the countryside for us, providing the solitude and quietness we yearned. The local supermarkets are only a few kilometres down the road, which was very handy and allowed us make great use of the terrific BBQ setup by the pool. It proved a perfect villa to relax and switch off as well as being an ideal spot to tour around and visit other locations on the island👍

Schöne Finca, gute Lage, freundlicher Vermieter

Schöne Finca mit großem Grundstück und großem Pool. Toller Blick auf Puig de Maria. Viele Bäume die Schatten spenden - im Sommer nicht zu unterschätzen. Das gilt auch für den überdachten Parkplatz. Große und für eine "typische" Mallorca-Finca moderne Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Separates Speisezimmer (haben wir nicht genutzt), großes Wohnzimmer. Der Master-Bedroom mit eigenem Bad ist sehr schön. Auch die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer - eins davon führt direkt auf die Terrasse - mit gemeinsamen Bad sind gut, Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und die Bäder und Toiletten haben Tageslicht. 2x pro Woche kamen sehr freundliche Reinigungskräfte, 1x pro Woche wurde nach dem Pool geschaut. Guter Service! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Gartenmöbel (Terrasse, Pool, Sommerküche). Stühle, Tisch, Liegen, Sessel sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das lässt sich mit geringem Aufwand beheben. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht, für die vielen Schnaken zu unserer Urlaubszeit können Justyna und Pere nichts :-). Übrigens: Übergabe und Rückgabe verliefen super einfach und sehr freundlich. Sehr nette Vermieter. Klare Empfehlung.

Happy reunion

We had a wonderful stay for 5 days, joining friends. The outdoor pool area was superb and the house was really comfortable & well equipped. We particularly appreciated the welcome basket of fruit, chorizo & other local goodies which we enjoyed poolside for one of our long lunches. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious villa

We stayed for 6 wks at this beautiful property, Pere and family were always so accommodating with any queries we had and always happy to help. Eli the cleaner came twice a wk and was delightful, has brilliant English and was so kind to the children. Pere met and helped with any requirements we had, step stools, potty, pool towels etc which really made it so much easier for us when travelling with children and staying for so long. The villa/finca is in a beautiful location and feels very private but not isolated, which is the perfect balance for us. It’s very spacious, well thought out and has everything you need. The pool fencing system with young children is fantastic! It isn’t really in walking distance to the old town, in cooler months without young children this would be possible though, the drive to the town is easy though and we found a spacious, easy, free car park so it wasn’t a problem. I only gave cleanliness 4* as I felt the villa could benefit from more of a deep clean, the rug was quite dirty and under beds, in corners etc could do with a bit more of a clean but this is minor, the main spaces were cleaned twice a wk, bathrooms very clean, towels and bedding etc very clean and as I said Eli who came was so lovely and did a good job, it’s really just a case of me being on the picky side, the villa is clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend the villa and use it again in the future. Thank you Pere and family for such a lovely stay, for hosting us and helping us with our queries. Katy and family x

A beautiful, relaxing environment

A really beautiful setting with views to mountains. Peaceful and quiet location and the outside space is lovely with palm trees, great pool and good outdoor seating. Villa is also very nice with well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful pool but property needs updating

The garden and pool of Can Josepet are beautiful but the house is dark, the furniture old and it really needs some updating. With that said, the house is well-stock with everything you could possibly need. Also, Pere is very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location, property, pool and garden. The property is all on one level so great for young children. The location is in the countryside but only a five-minute drive from town, and a fifteen-minute drive to the beaches.

Wonderful stay in Pollenca

We had a lovely stay in Pollenca at Pere’s house. The property and pool are beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast outside in the mornings (accompanied by the sound of the bell of a goat in the field next door) and using the BBQ in the evenings. The modern kitchen was a pleasure to use and well stocked. The drive down a tiny lane to the house took a couple of days to get used to but once we had memorized the turns it was fine! The house is in a great location near to Pollenca and supermarkets, also the port town which has a nice beach and some very good restaurants. Our favourite dining experience was at the hotel Son Brull which is over the road from the main entrance to the house. Pere was great at responding to a couple of issues we had and met us to guide us to the house on the first day. We loved visiting Mallorca and this house was in the perfect location to explore the whole island. The only thing missing was a printed list of practical area information but the host was very helpful providing some restaurant and supermarket info for us via WhatsApp.

A jewel in the Mallorcan countryside

We had a lovely holiday in this delightful villa. C'an Josepet is set in peaceful countryside but within easy reach of Pollenca. It is possible to walk to the town avoiding the main road. The villa is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. A real home from home. My husband is a very keen cook and he made full use of the modern kitchen. The spectacular mature garden and the pool area are also beautifully presented being private with an amazing view of the Puig de Maria. The addition of the sound system, table tennis table (with bats and balls provided) and a washing line with pegs were the icing on the cake. The villa was spotlessly clean and all communication with Pere and Justyna was answered promptly. They were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The welcome pack was a very thoughtful addition. We have rented many times in Mallorca and this villa is the best by far. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family and we would certainly use it again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Can Josepet.Die Finca hat einen großen Pool, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und auf der Terrasse haben wir das Frühstück und auch die Abende sehr genießen können.Die Kommunikation mit Pere war sehr gut und auch die Rheinigung des Hauses in der Mitte der Woche mit Handtuchwechsel funktionierte reibungslos. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Weg nach Pollenca war auch zu Fuß machbar.
