Casa Joana: Cozy Townhouse with Terrace in the Heart of Pollensa

Joana House is a small Mallorcan house located in the center of Pollensa Village for 4 people. The house is very proper and has everything needed for a good holiday. It is located in one of the central narrow streets just a few minutes walking from the town square.



Just upon entering, you will find the cosy living room that communicates with the dining room. The kitchen, small and functional, has a microwave, dishwasher and necessary utensils for cooking. It also has a small inner courtyard, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a full bathroom with bathtub complete this floor.



On the upper floor are the rooms, a double room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a double room with 2 single beds. On the outside of this floor we find the barbecue terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy its views towards the Puig de Maria.



It has air conditioning - heat pump in the bedrooms to sleep comfortably. Free WiFi. Satellite television.



Towel and sheet change if staying in the house for more than 7 days. Beach or pool towels available. Cot and high chair available. Smoking, parties, or events of any kind are not allowed.

Good situated nice little town house

We have had a wonderful stay in this nice little town house, not far away from the centre of Pollenca. Everything was fine. The kitchen was a little basic though.Would stay there again for a next visit.
