This country house, is surrounded by beautiful countryside, it's located in a very quiet area. Approximately 1km from the old town of Pollensa. The house is fully equipped.


Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa: The picturesque countryside around Pollensa is a colourful mixture of fertile fruit orchards and lightly wooded glades, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Mallorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself. To the north the shores of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are fringed with kilometres of golden sand with water sports and ideal sun bathing for the more relaxing holiday. Both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa offer a good selection of restaurants, ranging from cafes and tapas bars to fine dining. Pollensa, apart from its pretty square has the Via Crucis which is a notable attraction with its long stairway which ascends Calvary Hill, from which there are superb views over the coast. Puerto Pollensa is a pretty, unaffected resort that is a firm favourite with families.

Fantastic villa if you like tranquility whilst still having the ability to walk into town for dinner. The villa itself is delightful. The two bedrooms contain twin beds and all rooms are air conditioned and clean. The bathroom has one of the better showers I have experienced in Spain with decent water pressure and a big shower head. The best part is the outdoor space. The pool is large, deep and in the sun all day. Around the pool is a large sun terrace with a mix of sunny and shaded areas. There is also a covered table in the shade and a ping pong table which is sheltered from the wind.Finally there is a roof terrace which gives amazing views of the surrounding mountains. There's tons of bird life - we were serenaded all day by nightingales whilst we watched eagles over the mountains. Walk to pollensa takes 15 minutes and is mainly flat. NOTE: The road to the property is very narrow and has tight turns with walls on both sides. Don't order a massive SUV from the hire company unless you want a tricky drive! We had a fiat 500 which was perfect

Lovely villa with great pool

Can Pascoli was very comfortable, clean and had everything you could want. The pool is fabulous. Large enough to have a proper swim and it has jets at one end. The walk into Pollensa is easy and only takes 20 minutes which is great for evenings out in town. All in all, a lovely peaceful villa within easy reach of all amenities. Thank you Guillem & Antonua

Beautiful location on the edge of Pollensa

This is our second time staying in this villa. It is in a beautiful location with views to the mountains and the sound of birdsong all around yet within walking distance of the town. It has all the amenities that we needed and has a great pool.

Just back from a 12 night stay with my wife and daughter at this super nice villa set in a beautiful location just a short walking distance from Pollensa town centre. The villa was as described and perfectly met our needs and the pool was fantastic. Big thank you to Gullium who was a great host and very understanding and forgiving when we had a small accident with a plant pot!! Very much looking forward to another visit next year.

Simply wonderful

We have returned to this villa on multiple occasions, and it is still as wonderful as the first time. The scenery, peace and quiet continues to draw us back, as does the amazing pool. Guillem a wonderful host, who leaves you be, but know he is on hand should you ever need him.

Amazing Villa set in the most beautiful location

We had a perfect stay in this amazing villa. The photos do not do it justice. The views from the terrace were spectacular. The whole house and garden were well maintained and very clean. Air conditioning everywhere. The walk in to Pollenca old town was an easy 15 minutes. The town itself was beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this villa to experience the peace and solitude of this beautiful part of the island.

Fantastic Outside Space And Great Location

The Villa is perfect if you want a quiet location that’s also within easy walking distance of Pollensa. It has great views, a large pool, bbq, table tennis, and plenty of shade if you want it. The kitchen is well equipped, while the rest of the interior is more than adequate, and slightly better than the pictures suggest. Guillem is an excellent and friendly host. If you’re a nervous driver then this might not be the place for you as the road from the main road is very narrow. We would return.

Villa in tranquil location

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and the garden and pool were fantastic with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We really liked the tranquil location with no road noise, yet it was only a short walk into the town. We’d definitely stay again.

The property was excellent with everything we required. The rural location is also very good. Make sure you have detailed directions or it will be difficult to find. Pollenca itself is a pretty town to visit & there is plenty to do in the area. The host was very pleasant & helpful.

Small and simple but comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday.

For me, the photographs on the website do not do the villa justice.. the large pool, the jacuzzi and the lush mountain views from the roof terrace are all very much under sold. The only negative, as others have alluded to, is the drive up to the villa. The long and winding roads are so narrow they leave very little room for error! However, that drive gives you privacy and an adventure that really lives long in the memory. At Can Pascoli, you can expect many visitors such as cats and geckos but make sure to coat yourself in bug spray as bugs live in the bushes nearby and may feast on your limbs, torso and back! Overall, mine and my families experience at this villa was very positive, everyday felt better than the last and its so easy to go out for dinner as the main square in pollensa is only a 15-20 minute walk away. We arrived around 8pm and the owners had generously left a bottle of red wine, cold water and bag of nuts on arrival. We have enjoyed many happy holidays in pollensa and this experience was no different.

A repeat visit to a perfect retreat

The house is so pretty, set in a peaceful and opulent garden - with a terrific pool - mountain views - and all this close to Pollensa town (Saturday market) and port (beaches and restaurants) and only 55 kms from the airport - this is a superb place! We enjoyed driving the crazy mountain roads which wiggle around from here all the way to the western end of the island - and we also explored the interior, quiet, unspoilt and much less visited. Guillem is the perfect host. The house is spotless. Maybe the TV could be set up to be more user-friendly - we just gave up on it!

We already knew the Pollensa area and really wanted another week there. It was better than ever! !

This property has everything - peace and seclusion, beautiful views, glorious gardens, an incredible pool - and lovely owners who made us so welcome with no fuss whatsoever. Nothing is wrong about Can Pascoli! Well, the approach from the Ma 10 road might be a bit tough going for the faint-hearted, especially late at night as we experienced it! Once you know it, the road is more fun than stress!

Excellent location

Guillem and Antonia were excellent hosts, very helpful and accommodating. The house is situated in a lovely location with great outside space. The pool was very welcome wuth plenty of shade and eating areas. Backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Easy 20 minute walk into Pollenca which is lovely. Great market on a Sunday. Highly recommend Guillem and Antonias property.

Great place to stay in Pollensa!

We've just spent a lovely week at this great villa. Wonderful pool. Air con in all the rooms. Terrific location, an easy walk from the centre of Pollensa. As mentioned it is compact, but perfectly formed, and it had everything we wanted for a super stay. The ping pong table was a real bonus too, and Guillem was a very nice host. Definitely recommended.

Lovely Villa

We had a lovely week in this villa. Whilst the inside is compact, this is not a problem as we spent the majority outside and the grounds and pool are lovely. Whilst set in a quiet location at the foot of the mountains, Pollenca town is only a 20 minute walk away for bars, restaurants and shops and means you don't have to drive home after an evening out. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful villa with amazing pool

The property was perfect - clean, quiet, in a great location (20 minute walk to the centre of Pollensa), and had wonderful views. The pool, sun deck and outdoor space were even better than we’d hoped. The neighbouring donkey was also a great hit! Would definitely recommend for couples or small families.

Mallorca trip

It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool with jacuzzi was brilliant and basically it met all our expectations. The location was beautiful and secluded but the access was quite tricky at the start. Guillem made us very welcome and was available when needed. There was adequate security provided . Future guests need to be very mindful to use it at all times.

Our stay at can pascoli was just perfect. The outside space is amazing and we loved relaxing by the pool and having bbqs in the evening. Plenty of natural shade for our 2 young children. Inside space is perfect for a family of 4 no frills Spectacular views from the roof terrace. Guilliem was attentive without being intrusive. We loved every minute and would highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for myself & my children (9&12)

We found the property so easily and we're greeted by the owner very shortly after arriving. The house is small but perfectly formed with everything you need in perfect working order. Extra towels for use throughout our stay too. The air con was very welcome after the hot days. The pool was bigger than expected and so clean with the most wonderful backdrop of mountains. The grounds are very well kept with a big driveway for parking. A quick 15 min walk in to town was lovely and we definitely needed our torches for the walk home after dinner in the town. But it felt very safe and was easy. Our neighbour, a cute donkey, was very friendly, and the kids fed him daily. Days on the beach with afternoons and evenings by the private pool made for an idillic holiday. We hope to return next summer.

perfect holiday villa

We had the most wonderful holiday. This villa is perfect with lots of shade, a roof terrace view over the breathtaking mountains and a fantastic pool. It's an idyllic walk through country lanes to the atmospheric town of Pollensa which has fantastic restaurants, a Sunday market, great bars and tapas. Guillem is a wonderful host and was really helpful suggesting places to eat, visit. The villa and its location is very special. Our best holiday and a place we want to return to. Many thanks .

Fantastic Villa

We had a great week at this villa and would definitely stay again. Fantastic communication and support from Guillem. The villa was spotless and well set up for our stay. The lanes leading up to the villa can get very tight so you may struggle in a people carrier or a mini bus. We managed ok in a Nissan X Trail but I think any bigger and you will struggle.
