Family friendly 3 bedroom 4 bathroom villa in Pollensa

Ca na Jero is a very quiet and private house, surrounded by high hedges and lovely open country views towards the Puig Maria mountain. It has a family friendly garden with plenty of lawns and space for relaxing or children’s play.
The house is comfortable and welcoming, with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and dark wood furniture but it is also light and modern with white walls and neutral colours.
The lounge and dining room is light and bright with arched windows, it has two sofas, a wood burning stove, satellite tv, dvd and cd stereo. There is a large and square kitchen with white units and a circular dining table and chairs. In this area there is a mezzanine reading area that can be closed off from children with a safety gate.
The three bedrooms are at the back of the house, all with air conditioning and lovely views to the garden; there is a master double bedroom with en suite shower room, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom with tub and shower.
Outside the villa has a great garden with lots of lawn space, a long rectangular pool and a separate covered terrace with a barbeque and dining area. Another long covered terrace with a table- tennis table runs along the back of the house overlooking the garden and pool. There is also an extra pool-bathroom with a shower and a wc.

Polensa villa

The villa is very spacious inside with 3 good sized bedrooms and ensuites. The lounge had plenty of comfortable seating as did the outside spaces and the kitchen is extremely well equipped.Ramos and Juan have decorated beautifully. We had a lovely holiday visiting Polensa, Alcudia, various beaches and walks and enjoying the rural countryside. Only downsides were quite alot of noise from renovations next door (which is very close) unbelievably loud music on Saturday night until 2.00 am and no barbeque grill so we couldnt cook outside.

Very enjoyable week

Really enjoyed staying at the Villa. Very clean, spacious and lovely outside area. We didn't have any issues so didn't need to communicate too much with Ramon, however he came to see us a couple of times during the week. The only negative, which is not the fault of the property of the host, was the amount and veracity of the mosquitoes in the area - take precautions when visiting the area! Would stay here again, thanks Ramon.

Lovely Villa

A grey villa in a great location in the north of the island. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and Ramon came by on the second evening of our stay to check if everything was ok! He even put out lilos and pool inflatables before we arrived which was great for the pool. The Villa was a good size for a family of 3/4 and the rooms had good space with air conditioning which was a godsend in the hot Majorcan weather! The Villa has a charm but probably in need an afresh as slightly chintzy in places. But that didn’t detract from the experience. One note for future bookers - take mosquito spray and bite cream. We weren’t sure whether it was just typical of Majorca but we seemed to be bitten more than previous holidays, so come prepared!

Lovely secluded villa

A lovely spacious villa with secluded garden/ pool area and excellent outdoor seating area to maximise Al fresco dining. Air conditioning in bedrooms was highly appreciated and villa is clean although it could benefit from some improvements such as drain in showers was poor and we weren’t given any cleaning products for kitchen not even a cloth so had to buy ourselves which have never had to do in a rental before. Villa overall is good value and would recommend. 5 mins drive to Pollensa in car.

A lovely villa

We had a great week staying in this Villa. The villa was lovely and very clean. The pool was great and outside area was fantastic with a really good big bbq. Ramon was a good host and keen to stress that he was on hand if we needed him. Highly recommended.

lovely villa near Pollenca

Enjoyed a lovely fortnight in this super villa. Villa was clean and well equipped .Fantastic pool area with plenty of welcome shade in covered veranda. Just a short 10min drive to old town with plenty of good restaurants. Host Ramon was very attentive and was quick to resolve any issues which arose.

Simply amazing!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful villa. The grounds are just stunning and you could not ask for more. The inside of the villa is spacious, the rooms have air con and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is perfect - 10 minutes drive from the old town, the beach and the supermarket. Ramon is an excellent host! We would love to come back.

Always enjoy visiting Ca Na Jero, villa is perfect and maintained to an excellent standard. Ramon is an attentive host and any small issues that needed fixing are dealt with straightaway. We will definitely be looking to return as soon as we can!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Ramon's beautiful villa. The villa itself is well appointed, is within a 5 minute drive of Pollensa and has, in particular, a beautiful outside space. Ramon himself was attentive and came and visited us on our first morning. I would happily recommend this villa.

10 day stay in Pollença Can Jero

We stayed here with our 22 year old daughter. The house is in a good location only 10 minutes from Pollença and Port Pollenca, which is in a stunning bay with the mountains as backdrop and has a nice beach and restaurants. Also Port Alcuda beach is not far and also has a nice beach. The house itself is perfect, it has a beautiful garden and large swimming pool. Ramon popped in a couple of times to see if everything was alright. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

We spent most of our time outside in the beautifully laid-out and inviting gardens and pool area, where there was plenty of natural shade and relaxing seating areas. The ping pong table was a bonus and we made great use of it. The house was spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend the train trip from Bunyola to Sóller (despite the crowds!) and we also enjoyed driving through the mountains to Deia and Valldemossa. There are also great mountain walks in the Formentor peninsula with a lovely beach to relax on afterwards. Pollenca is a characterful town to visit in the evenings. Ramon was a delightful, gentle, friendly and helpful host and we were sad to leave and would be happy to return one day. Moltes gràcies, Ramón!
