Finca Rafalet, Charming villa close to Pollensa

Finca El Rafalet is a magnificent stone house located in the idyllic setting of the Colonya Valley, on the outskirts of Pollensa. Its location among the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana makes it ideal for lovers of tranquility and nature.



The house has two floors and is built with typical island construction materials, such as exposed stone walls, ceramic tiles and wooden beams. On the ground floor we find a large entrance hall, to the left of which we have access to the living room, equipped with a flat screen and satellite TV, as well as a dining room with enough space for eight people. Next to the dining room there is a large kitchen, fully equipped and with plenty of space for culinary lovers. It is worth noting that in this area there is also a small pantry and direct access to the barbecue area. To the right of the entrance, a stone arch leads to a double bedroom with air conditioning and views of the pool and garden, and which has a bathroom with shower in the adjacent room.



From the entrance, a staircase will give us access to the upper floor where we find the rest of the rooms: one double room with a full bathroom en suite and a private terrace, and two double rooms that share a full bathroom and access to another private terrace. These rooms also have air conditioning, which, in accordance with local energy saving initiatives, are all programmed for use from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

Outside, we find a large covered terrace, ideal for enjoying a good meal while taking in the beautiful views. The oval-shaped pool has comfortable steps that facilitate access to the water, and is surrounded by a huge terrace that gives the area a great spaciousness and plenty of room for hammocks and outdoor furniture.
