Located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente and a short drive from both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, Finca Tomas is a magnificent choice as it also offers complete privacy and stunning views of the Serra Tramontana mountains.

Finca Tomas is a traditional-style Mallorcan villa with splendid gardens lined with palm trees and very good views, which are really a very important asset of this house.

The living room, with its sloping wooden beamed ceilings, truly captures the essence of Mallorcan architecture. It has comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with entertainment systems, including satellite TV and a DVD player. The living room also has doors that lead to the side terrace next to the pool.

There is a dining room just off the living room, which leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. There is also a laundry room for added convenience.

Finca Tomas has three large bedrooms; The two doubles are located on the ground floor with a bathroom conveniently located between the two in the hallway. On the first floor is the master bedroom, with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom; perfect for that extra touch of privacy.

Outside we find the barbecue area, partially covered, perfect for taking a break from the midday sun and having lunch outdoors. The beautiful pool and gardens invite one to relax, sunbathe and finish with a dip to cool off.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful setting and very spacious villa. It was just perfect for our family with a great pool and plenty of outside space. The backdrop of the mountains behind the villa is beautiful and very tranquil.

Great family retreat

Nice house with amazing pool and private gardens made for a glorious retreat. Interiors were basic but still comfortable. What would lift the property considerably would be aircon in the living room areas as it was impossible to escape the occasionally oppressive heat in the evening.
