The furniture (sofa) needs cleaning. The shower curtain was disgusting, moldy. I mentioned it the host. Can't be that much to replace a shower curtain, especially for what we paid for the place. There is a roach problem, thankfully they did have roach spray under the sink. Its a central location, walkable to beaches and restaurants, and grocery stores. No parking from unit but not too difficult to find street parking.
