This two level old style house is situated along the main road between Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa, just a few minutes drive to the Puerto Pollensa beach. Only the ground floor area is for rent. The villa decoration is rustic and antique style mixed with modern pictures. The villa Can Panada is the perfect family retreat offering spacious accommodation in a setting close to both towns.



The villa is very close to a supermarket and to the main road that links Pollensa with Puerto Pollensa. The entrance is through a covered terrace and leads to a small lounge/dining room. To the left there is a double bedroom with antique furnishings. Also a door leads to a small passageway where the rest of the bedrooms and bathroom are. All the bedrooms benefit of air conditioning units. Through the outside terrace a door leads to the fitted kitchen.



The Large built-in BBQ is located by the pool area and consists of a wood bread oven, BBQ grill, washbasins and a fireplace. An outside bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine complete the villa.



This villa offers visitors the opportunity to experience a taste of typical rural Mallorcan life with the advantage of a private pool and short distances to all amenities and restaurants. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

The house was nice, but a bit tired, but the gardens were very nice with a lovely covered area. It is on the main road but still felt secluded once you were inside. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils but it was all very clean and we had fresh towels and cleaning twice during the stay. Easy shopping for groceries was handy too.

Great find

Perfect location, right beside the bus stops, beautiful garden and swimming pool Roomy accommodation, well equipped with 2 very good bathrooms. Quite traditional which is lovely and super to have 2 outside covered seating areas. Wi-Fi a bit weak and poolside needs more umbrellas. When we requested any help the service was immediate, friendly and very efficient plus the owner a joy to talk to. Will be very happy to return and recommend .
