Townhouse with puig de Maria view is a charming property located in the old town of Pollensa with a private garage.





The house is on the first floor by stairs, it has a double bedroom with air conditioning, a spacious and bright living room with cozy reclining chairs and a sofa, a full kitchen, dining table, work desk and air conditioning. The high wood beams and stone pillar are original to the historic house. You'll find a modern bathroom with a Hansgrohe 25 cm rain shower head situated between the living room and bedroom.



It has a lovely terrace with views to the village and the Tramontana mountains to enjoy your holidays.



It is ideal for home office as it has fibre optic WiFi.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.



The perfect location and your own private garage parking makes it a privileged holiday home. You will be in the centre of the village and only five minutes walk from the Plaça Mayor, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafes and a delicious ice cream parlour.

Supermarkets are just a few minutes driving, and small botiga markets are within walking distance.

For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.

The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.





Cala Sant Vicenç is just a 10-minute drive, and at 6 km distance you will find the (port) Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. The house offers beach chairs and towels for your enjoyment. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.



Important notes

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Good place, bad manager

The apt was good—as shown in photos, clean, well-equipped, bright. Good parking spot and washer. Great desk, kitchen. There are narrow stairs up to the terrace. Hot water ran out when we both tried to shower. Manager left us one roll of toilet paper for a 6-day stay, so we had to go out to find more. They only sent instructions to the apt and codes less than 2 hours before checkin, which we couldn’t get since we were driving through mountains with no cell. Worst, they insisted we had to drive our own final trash (we only had one bag) to a city dump 2 miles away upon leaving. I would never rent from them again.

Characterful apartment close to the centre of the old town.

This is a lovely apartment close to the centre of the old town within walking distance and with convenient garage parking very nicely decorated and refurbished

Great Location, but Some Minor Drawbacks

We had a good time at the apartment. However, we encountered two cockroaches within two days, which was unpleasant. The bed always felt a bit damp, likely due to the high humidity, which made things a little uncomfortable. That being said, the location is excellent, the size of the apartment is great, and the balcony is fantastic. Despite the minor issues, we can still recommend the apartment. It’s probably perfect in the peak summer months!
