Villa Madrave is close to the Tramuntana mountains and nearby the most beautiful Mallorcan beaches. Come and spend a few days with your family and friends resting by the pool or touring around Pollensa. Perhaps you knew it as Villa Bultat, today Villa Madrave is still a beautiful, spacious, well-furnished country house with all the amenities you need to spend a memorable holiday. This villa was designed to benefit from daylight. Even while you share a family meal, watch some series at the living room, web surfi with its free WIFI, or prepare for a restful night, you will get natural light and a view of the garden and the mountains.



Villa Madrave has a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor plus, two more bedrooms and another bathroom on the second floor. The three bedrooms have enough space to store your luggage.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.



Both the kitchen and the barbecue area are fully equipped for you to enjoy an in-house good meal, to dine outdoors on the terrace, or host a barbecue by the pool.

Maybe there will be days you won’t leave the peace of the beautiful garden, you will refuse to leave the swimming pool, you won’t dare to postpone the ping-pong game. It is understandable, but please, do not forget to visit the surroundings, there is much to do outside!



Villa Madrave is well-situated for exploring the beautiful and picturesque areas nearby. To make the most of your stay we suggest you get a car: in five minutes you will locate a supermarket; in five more minutes, you will reach Pollensa. Enjoy this small town full of history, its traditional market, Spanish typical restaurants, bistros and cafes to spend peaceful moments. You can go through the Pine Walk by sea and enjoy the best beaches of Mallorca.



In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
