This spacious 300 m² holiday home is located in Pollensa, a small town in the north of Mallorca, in Spain’s sunny Balearic Islands. The house is fully equipped and provides all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. All rooms are very spacious, especially the living room, and the house features a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (one outside), accommodating up to 8 guests. You’ll have Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV, DVD player, PlayStation 1 with 2 games, air conditioning in all rooms, and a washing machine. It’s ideal for families with children, and a cot and high chair can be provided on request. Relax outdoors and enjoy spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains from the large furnished garden, take advantage of the private pool, open and covered terraces, or cook on the gas barbecue. The house is in a quiet area near the historic Roman bridge and within walking distance of the town center, with a wide range of restaurants, bars, and cafés. The villa is close to the UNESCO World Heritage Tramuntana mountains, offering excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Stunning beaches like Platja de Cala Barques are just 8 minutes (5.5 km) by car, and Alcudia beach is 20 minutes (13 km) away. Horse riding at a nearby ranch is available for an extra fee. You can also explore caves just a few minutes’ drive away. The area offers great hiking routes, such as Camí Boquer, and Pollensa Golf Club is nearby.

Great spacious accommodation with a really useable kitchen and a lovely pool for a dip after a day out riding. Did feel a little like a cold plunge though!

The property was exactly as listed and we were very pleased. Our only criticism would be that they need newer and larger towels! And maybe a couple more blankets given the time of year. The parking worked well given that it's impossible to park outside, but we could drop luggage off and the car park was only a 2 minute walk away. Property manager was lovely and very helpful regarding our departure as the roads were due to be closed for a sporting event. However, it was annoying to have to fit in a meeting with her for deposit and taxes as we only had 3 full days there and were trying to fit in as much as possible. It would be better if these transactions could be done digitally as holding or refunding deposit should be simple. It was an easy walk into Pollenca itself and it is a wonderful town!
