Nestled in the picturesque Mallorcan countryside, this typical Mallorcan villa offers an idyllic oasis for those seeking relaxation. Spread over one level, it impresses with a harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern comfort.



The villa has two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms - one with a cosy double bed, the other with two single beds - which ensure a pleasant coolness on warm summer nights. The space is complemented by a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living room with dining area.



The living area leads out onto the covered terrace, which has a large dining table for enjoying Mediterranean delicacies together. From here you have a fantastic view of the large saltwater swimming pool (9.00 m x 5.00 m, depth: 0.80 m - 1.90 m), surrounded by a well-tended garden landscape with fruit trees. Sun loungers and parasols ensure relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun, while the brick-built barbecue promises perfect evenings outdoors.







Despite its quiet and secluded location, the villa has excellent transport links: The historic old town of Pollensa and the lively Puerto Pollensa are just a few minutes away by car and are perfect for exploring. Two large supermarkets are also within easy walking distance.



For added comfort, the villa is fully equipped with time-controlled air conditioning, which ensures an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient indoor climate. A dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and a DVD player are available for cosy evenings in.





IMPORTANT!



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.



Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Location



In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
